Phase I and Phase II Assessments have been completed on the site by previous owners, the City of Cleveland, Ohio EPA, and Great Lakes Group. Federal EPA involvement on the 3418 Crescent Avenue Property (of which this property is a part) included a completed superfund removal action in the 1980s and a FY08 Site-Specific Cleanup grant.
